Simplifying the Process

Here at Assent Behavioral Services LLC, we see the hardships parents experience when attempting to access ABA therapy. We have broken down the intake process in an attempt to make services more accessible.

Steps for Assessment

1. Materials Needed 

  • Referral from primary pediatrician

  • Insurance Cards (If funding source is insurance)

  • Diagnostic Evaluation Report

  • IEP, if applicable

  • Other Relevant reports if receiving other services

2. Complete the Intake Form.

​

3. Wait for a team member to reach out or call to inquire regarding the waitlist.

​

4. Discuss services/goals that you believe are essential for your child. Discuss the assessment process and all questions related to ABA therapy. 

​

5. Set up an assessment date. 

​

6. Meet to discuss the results of the assessment. This is when ABA therapy sessions will be scheduled if Assent Behavioral Services LLC is a good fit for your child.
